Rocket Food is London's leading luxury caterer, providing exquisite food and drink in the most prestigious locations acrosss London and the UK for private parties and corporate events.
As the Decorative Manager during the busy summer period, I was responsible for injecting fresh ideas in how best to use canapé trays and food stalls to display our food and drink to customers.
Each event's design is bespoke and requires an understanding of the space, the client, and the theme in order to create a base beautiful canvas for the food to be displayed. This process starts at the tastings, which give the client an idea of the style of the event.
Tastings
The tastings are vitally important in securing the contract for the event, demonstrating that we understand the client's demands and vision for the occasion.
Each element has been hand-selected so that the food, displays, and floral arrangements all work together to uplift the dining experience and create a memorable occasion for guests.
